Exposure of institutional information to unauthorized individuals or organizations could cause significant harm to Juilliard or members of its community.
This document describes the regulatory requirements governing Juilliard's information security program, related School policies, types of information maintained by the School, and measures that individuals and departments must take to protect that information.
Juilliard's information security program involves more than implementing the steps that are required by law or regulation. As reflected in the pages that follow, the School is committed to making the protection of sensitive personal and business information an essential element of the administration of its programs and supporting services. Each member of the community plays an important role in preventing such information from being distributed unnecessarily or used for illegitimate purposes.
The goal of the School's information security program is to ensure that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information owned by or entrusted to Juilliard is protected wherever, and in whatever format, it resides.
