IT Department > ResNet
If you have problems or questions regarding
the Juilliard ResNet service, please contact the Information Technology
Department,
at (212) 799-5000 x7121, or helpdesk@juilliard.edu.
If you are bringing your own computer
system to Juilliard, be sure to include all applicable CDs, documentation,
and disks
for the computer itself, the Ethernet card and cable(not a phone cable) and
particularly the operating system. If you do not bring those items and you
have problems
that
require
installing
software or network components from the CDs or disks that came with your system,
we will not be able to help you.
The Juilliard IT Department is only responsible for technical support relating
to ResNet. Due to the large number of students, and small size of the IT staff,
we will not be able to assist you with general computer problems. We are also
not able to provide you with any software packages, such as Windows 2000, Microsoft
Office, etc. Finally, The Juilliard School, the IT Dept. staff, and IT workstudy
students (ResCons), may not be held liable for inadvertant loss of data or damage
to your computer.
